Create a Batch Invoice with Quickbooks to Multiful Customers

한장의 batch 인보이스를 만들면 따로 같은 인보이스를 만들지 않아도 여러 다른 customer 들에게 한번에 보내 줄수 있어 훨씬 편리하다.

인보이스 Batch 만들기

• Create Invoice > Create a Batch
• Billing Group > Add New - 그룹 이름을 정해준다.
• Select Customers (Ctrl key 키를 누르면 다른 customer를 더 선택할수 있다.)
• Add > 선택한 customer 들이 오른쪽에 나타난다. > Next
• Item > 인보이스에 나타날 items, Quantity, Price Each, Amount, Tax 를 선택 > Next
• Review the Invoices > Create Invoices
• Batch Invoice Summary - 다시 확인하여 보내준다
  

Send Method 가 None 으로 나올때 이메일이나 메일로 인보이스 보낼 방법을 정해주기

• Customers > Edit Customers > Payment Settings > Preferred Delivery Method 를 정해준다.
